About Al Becker

Al joined the company in 1991. He has extensive experience in customer service and is responsible for implementation of the long-standing customer service policy of Santa Clara Plating. Al works to assure the best "fit" between customers' requirements and our company's capabilities. Al has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Cal State University - Stanislaus. A die-hard Giants fan, Al plays organized softball with the same high energy he brings to our customers.

About Juan Ocampo

Juan attended Fresno and San Jose State Universities from 1977-1981. He joined the company in 1991 after 9 years of previous management experience in several industrial plating companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has extensive experience in Process Control, Waste Management, Production Planning and Hazardous Material Handling. He holds many specialized certificates related to the finishing industry and continues to expand his knowledge to constantly improve our services to our customers. Juan is also a real estate investor and holds a California Real Estate License.

About Tracey Coss

Tracey joined the company in 1993, under the tutelage of her father, Tom Coss, who founded the company in 1977. Prior to that she worked in San Francisco in the stock brokerage industry after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UOP (University of the Pacific) in Stockton, CA. Tracey has earned a Metal Finishing Technician certificate from Kushner Electroplating School and has completed Dale Carnegie Training. She is currently Treasurer of the Metal Finishing Association of Northern California (MFANC).
